The Commencement Ceremony and Celebratory Party will be held as follows.

Commencement Ceremony

Monday, March 18th, 2024, from 3:00 pm (Doors Open at 2:15 pm)
(※Because of rehearsal, graduates must enter by 2:30 pm.)

1F Main Hall, University Hall

Eligibility

Students receiving doctoral degree between October 2023 and March 2024 (※Including thesis ones only)

  • Graduate school of Medicine
  • Graduate school of Sciences and Technology for Innovation
  • Graduate school of East Asian Studies
  • United Graduate School of Veterinary Science
  • Joint Graduate School of Veterinary Medicine

Celebratory Party

Monday, March 18th, 2024, from 4:10 pm to 5:00 pm

Cafeteria Ⅱ “Kirara”
(1677-1 Yoshida, Yamaguchi City)

Fees

3,000 yen
(Excluding those who are middle school students or younger)
※Each assigned professor and parent can attend the Commencement Ceremony and Celebratory Party.

We have created two types of Yamaguchi University AR Photo Frames to celebrate your graduation and completion. You can take a commemorative photo of your graduation or completion at any place, such as a ceremony venue or a memorable place on campus.

※This service is available until April 30th.

How to use

(1) Scan the QR code below with a smartphone or access the URL from a smartphone to activate the camera. (Access from a PC is not possible.)
(2) Please allow access to the camera to less-ar.com.
(3) A photo frame will appear on the camera screen. Press the shooting button at the bottom of the screen to take a picture.
(4) Press and hold the screen to save the captured image from the menu.
