Yamaguchi University Graduation Ceremony for the academic year 2022
The university will hold the graduation ceremony with attendance of students who are graduating and university staff only to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
Families of graduating students will be able to see a live-streamed ceremony.? Thank you for understanding the university’s security measures for infection control and prevention. As the planned ceremony is subject to changes due to the infection situation, please check the university’s website for updates.

Notes for attending graduates
- Please enter the main entrance of the Arena for using the body temperature check and hand sanitizer.
※Please do not come by car as traffic jams are expected in the surrounding areas of the Ishin Memorial Park because of the ceremony. With infection preventive measures being taken, free shuttle bus service between each campus and the venue is available for students attending the ceremony only.?

Preventive measures against the spread of the infectious diseases
- Wearing masks is recommended when entering and exiting the venue, as the aisles are expected to be crowded. However, it is not required to wear masks during the ceremony.
- Those feeling unwell such as having a fever of 37.5℃ and over, are to refrain from attending the ceremony.
- Before and after the ceremony, please thoroughly implement basic infection prevention measures such as “avoid the 3 Cs” and “frequently wash and sanitize your hands.”
Notes for families of graduating students and current students
- Families of graduating students are kindly requested not to visit Ishin Memorial Park.
- Club member gatherings around the venue are banned.
